My husband, my daughter and I recently moved back to Fargo from the Dominican Republic, where we were missionaries. He lived here before we got married, and loved it, so when we thought about moving to the US, this was the first place that came to mind. I love it here, specially how friendly people are. I am Dominican, and speak both English and Spanish fluently- my husband is American (he was born in a small town called Kulm, about 2 hours from here). I am a stay at home mom, used to be a kindergarten teacher before having my baby, but have decided to stay with her until she's old enough to go to school. She's 18 months, so it's going to be like this for some time (i miss the children, but i think i like it better like this- i get to see her all the time :) ). We are Christians, and have started to go to a new church, Bethel, and have made some friends there. I'm still getting used to living in the US :)
